I have always had a passion for health and wellness. Originally from Park City Utah, I have grown up biking, skiing and all things active. It was an easy decision to pursue my career in fitness and I feel lucky to continue this passion by working for a company as great as OTF!

Travis was born in Orange County California and is one of 6 siblings. He started off as a gymnastics coach while going to school for Kinesiology. In 2010 Travis became an ACE certified personal trainer. Currently he does Olympic style weightlifting and won the California State games in 2014,2015,and 2016.

Travis loves Orange Theory Fitness because of the science behind the workout, the awesome energy and all the amazing members. Travis is dedicated to changing lives and you will definitely feel that energy in one of his classes.

Kat has been a fitness instructor since she was 15 years old, starting as a gymnastics coach, and eventually coaching triathlon, indoor cycling, boot camps, TRX and more! Since starting a OTF she has been so excited with the results that not only she has received but also all her awesome students in Orange. Her proudest moment is a tie between finishing her 1st Ironman and watching her OTF students evolve from power walkers, to jogger, to runners!

I became a fitness instructor and nutrition major to help people live healthier lives. It's a passion of mine to watch people transform and accomplish something they didn't think they could. I love coaching clients on their fitness journey and watching the strength that each individual has.

My name is Kevin! I have always always loved exercise, sports, and competition. I decided to pursue it as a profession and got my bachelor's degree in exercise and wellness from Arizona State University. I fell in love with OTF as a member and eventually found myself with a burning desire to be a coach. Now here I am with the best members a coach could ask for and looking forward to a great future with Orangetheory Fitness.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
